Reach More

1. The Ministry will appoint a person to serve as a liaison between the EC and the Ministry (the “Point Person”). If the Ministry does not appoint a Point Person in place as of the Effective Date, this Agreement will still go into effect as detailed here, and the EC will assist the Ministry in finding and selecting a suitable Point Person. The Ministry has the final responsibility for appointing a Point Person, and the process of finding/selecting/appointing a Point Person may extend the time needed to implement the EC’s Services, including the Reach More™ ministry process. Once the Ministry appoints a Point Person, the parties will follow the process outlined in the applicable Services Description.

2. The Point Person will lead the implementation of the Services within the Ministry, including all implementation of the EC’s Reach More™ program.

3. The Ministry shall be liable for all activities of the Point Person.

4. In consultation with the pastor of the Ministry, the Ministry will permit the EC to direct all strategies involving evangelization workshops and small group and one-on-one ministries of the Ministry.  The Services will pertain to actions including, but not limited to, direction and supervision of training groups and one-on-ones, parishioner sign-up for small groups at weekend Masses, advertising, the placement of small groups in homes, the designation of leaders to particular small groups, and the content of small group formation and check-in meetings.

5. The Point Person will provide at least fifteen (15) hours every week in direct support (including communicating to parishioners, recruiting volunteers and assisting with training) for the Services during the Term.

6. The Ministry will utilize only small group and one-on-one formation materials published by the EC, or such other materials mutually agreed to by the parties.
