Explore and Reflect

You have a story.

Many events and decisions have led you to where you are now. You know your story well. Or do you? We don’t often take time to reflect on the past or try to find God in the stuff of our lives. But God was there then, just as he is with you now. He’s there in your victories, your tragedies, even in the mundane everyday moments. He knows your story better than you do. When you bring your life to God in prayer, you can discover your story through God’s loving eyes.

Uncover God’s Presence in Your Life

God is always with you.

Open up a new understanding of yourself, your story, and God by praying through your past. In this step, we’ll guide you to prayerfully brainstorm a list of important events and people. You’ll create a life map, plotting positive and negative events on a graph. The prompts and videos will help you reflect on this exercise in prayer. Bring the moments of your life to God and learn to see his action in your life. Discover his constant attention and love for you through your own story.
